  • We have no minimums for in-house production at The Collective, making it easy for you to get started—whether you need just one piece or a small batch. However, for certain specialty projects, there is a minimum order of 50 pieces. This applies to custom services like sublimation, cut & sew, and other high-touch production methods.

  • For our standard sizing:

    • Men’s styles are available up to 5XL.

    • Women’s styles are available up to 2XL.

    We understand that everyone's needs are unique, which is why we offer custom sizing beyond these ranges upon request. Please note that custom sizes may require additional production time and will incur an extra cost. If you're interested in placing a custom order, feel free to contact us, and we'll be happy to assist you!

  • We offer a wide variety of standard colors including white, black, blue, red, green, and orange, among others.

    Looking for something more specific, like baby blue or a specialty shade? Just let us know! We’re happy to explore custom color options to meet your needs. Custom colors may require additional time and costs, but we’re confident we can accommodate most requests.

  • The design process varies depending on each customer's needs. It can take as little as 2–3 days, or up to 3 weeks, depending on the number of revisions and the complexity of the design.

    During this time, you'll be asked to share all relevant design information—such as colors, vector files, names, wording, and ideas. From there, our in-house artist will collaborate with you to create a fully custom design that aligns with your vision.

  • Yes, rush orders are possible, depending on the circumstances. To make this happen, we’ll need to quickly finalize the design, quantity, and all other specifications, and confirm that our production team can accommodate the expedited timeline.

    We’ve successfully completed orders in under 3 weeks before, but please note that rush orders will incur an additional fee on top of the standard pricing.

    If you're on a tight deadline, we recommend reaching out as soon as possible so we can explore your options.

  • If the artwork is an original design that does not include our Hawaii’s Finest logo (i.e., not a collaboration), we can provide the vector file upon request for an additional fee.

    However, if the design includes our Hawaii’s Finest logo, it is considered part of our brand intellectual property.

    In that case, we do not release vector files, and any future use of the design must be produced exclusively through us.

  • Once the design is confirmed, standard printing takes on average 4 weeks. Please note, 3 week rush orders are possible upon printer availability. Rush orders are also dependent on how quickly designs are confirmed, shipping, etc.

  • We accept cash, cashier’s checks, and credit cards. Payments can be made online or in person at any of our store locations.
